I had the honor of spending this past week with the Atidan team in Mumbai, India and once again it is amazing to experience everything India has to offer, from brilliant engineers, entrepreneurs, and one of the busiest cities in the world.

Not to brag, but the Atidan team is approaching 75 amazing engineers, program managers, human resource team members, IT professionals, testers and a growing business process outsourcing team.

During our project reviews, they demonstrated amazing solutions built on multiple platforms from Microsoft Cloud to Open Source to IBM Watson artificial Intelligence. Mobile, Social, Business Intelligence, search, security and portals are driving much of our growth in 2016.

The credit to our success over ten years has been the steady leadership of Kartavya and Advait Chitalia. Our team is diverse, inclusive, team oriented and highly focused. Most of our stars have come up through the ranks and it is thanks to a rigorous screening, training and mentoring program that we have a fantastic retention rate.
