Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for Office 365
Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for Office 365 are now available in Japanese language. Click here to download the apps. In addition, we’ve added a host of new capabilities as listed below:
- App Step (Nintex Workflow for Office 365)
At Nintex, we are committed to simplifying the user experience and empowering users to build more advanced scenarios. We have introduced support for the App step that allows workflow actions to interact with Office 365 using elevated permissions, allowing you to create items in lists with different permissions or advanced interaction with SharePoint’s REST web services.
- Base Forms (Nintex Forms for Office 365)
Nintex Forms for Office 365 makes it simple for you to tailor forms to fit the needs of your business. Using base forms functionality users can easily customize Nintex forms and set it as a starting point for all new forms across SharePoint site. All newly created forms conform to the design standards set by the site owner, allowing your organization to maintain a fine control over layout, functionality and branding for a consistent look and feel.

- Support Console (Nintex Workflow)
When a workflow errors it’s important to quickly get all the information you need to address that error as soon as possible. This may include data about the workflow, your Nintex and SharePoint configuration, and, in some cases, the Unified Logging Service (ULS) logs.
With this in mind, we’re introducing Support Console. Support Console is designed to make it not only easier for you to see when workflows throw errors, but quickly and consistently pull together the required information you need to resolve the error.
- Attachment Validation (Nintex Forms)
We’ve made it easier for form designers to control the number and type of attachments submitted via forms built with Nintex Forms for SharePoint. You can now set a minimum and maximum number of attachments in a form as-well-as create a “white list” of allowed file formats. For example, if you have a form that accepts resumes, you can define what type of file formats you want that form to accept.
